I am outgoing shapeshifter able to show up fully for whatever the situation calls for. Kundalini yoga is my anchor that keeps me happy, healthy and holy by sustaining my physical, mental, and spiritual well being. I am very active and enjoy running, tennis, yoga, and dancing on a regular basis. In 2020 I took up surfing and kiting. I am passionate about life and strive to see the world from as many perspectives as possible. I am new to the world of extreme sports and am exploring my inner world and consciousness through these activities and all my life adventures!
